How do I make a reservation? / どうやって予約すればいいですか？

Please start by filling out the contact form. I usually reply within 2 days. Once confirmed, I’ll send a contract and request a ¥10,000 deposit. 
The remaining balance is due one week before the shoot.

まずはコンタクトフォームをご入力ください。通常2日以内に返信いたします。
日程・金額にご納得いただけましたら、契約書をお送りし、デポジット¥10,000をお支払いいただきます。
残金は撮影日の1週間前までにお支払いください。

Do you shoot on weekdays and weekends? / 平日・休日どちらも撮影可能ですか？

Yes, both are available. However, weekdays are usually less crowded and more relaxed.

How long is the shoot? / 撮影時間はどのくらいですか？

Accepted Answer

The shooting time is exactly the length of the plan you choose. (e.g. 30-minute plan = 30 minutes of shooting)
If you arrive late without notice, the end time remains the same.
We usually meet about 10 minutes early to relax and go over the flow.

Is travel time included? / 移動時間は撮影時間に含まれますか？

Yes, walking and location changes are included.
If we use taxis or public transport, please cover the photographer’s transportation as well.

基本的に含まれます。徒歩移動も撮影の一部です。
タクシー・電車・バス利用時は、フォトグラファー分の交通費をご負担ください。

How many people can join? / 何人まで撮影できますか？

Accepted Answer

Up to 8 people for standard sessions.
The base price includes up to 2 people (except the solo plan), with ¥5,000 per additional person.
Please contact me for groups over 8.

通常は最大8名まで可能です。
2名まで定額 (ソロプランを除き)、3人目以降は1名につき¥5,000追加となります。
8名以上の場合は事前にご相談ください。

Do you shoot outside Tokyo? / 東京以外でも撮影できますか？

Accepted Answer

Yes. Nearby locations like Kawaguchiko, Hakone, and Kamakura are available, as well as Kyoto, Hiroshima, Kanazawa and so on depending on schedule.
Additional travel or accommodation fees may apply.

可能です。河口湖・箱根・鎌倉など東京近郊はもちろん、京都・広島・金沢なども日程によって対応可能です。

What if it rains? / 雨が降ったらどうなりますか？

Accepted Answer

Rain can be a beautiful accent in photos. We can shoot with clear umbrellas or covered areas. Rescheduling is also possible.

雨も写真のアクセントになります。透明の傘や屋根のある場所で撮影可能です。延期も可能です。

When will I receive my photos? / 写真の納品日はいつですか？

Accepted Answer

Standard delivery is 7–10 days.
Wedding packages take 10–14 days.
Longer or commercial shoots are discussed individually.

通常は7〜10日以内です。
ウェディングパッケージは10〜14日ほどお時間をいただきます。
長時間・商用撮影は個別にご案内します。

Is rush delivery available? / 早い納期は可能ですか？

Yes, 2-day delivery is available for an additional ¥10,000.

No, RAW files are not provided.

Of course.
Simple, solid colors work best. Large logos or bold patterns are not recommended.

What is your cancellation policy? / キャンセルポリシーは？

Accepted Answer

Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before the scheduled shoot.
Cancellations made between 72 hours and 24 hours prior to the shoot will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations made within 24 hours or on the day of the shoot will be charged 100% of the session fee.
One reschedule is allowed free of charge, subject to availability.

撮影日の 72時間前までは、キャンセル料は発生しません。
撮影日の 72時間前から前日までにキャンセルされた場合は、撮影料金の 50％をキャンセル料として頂戴いたします。
また、撮影 当日のキャンセルにつきましては、撮影料金の 100％を頂戴いたします。
日程変更（延期）は、1回まで無料で対応いたします。なお、空き状況によってはご希望に添えない場合がございますのでご留意ください。
